Thrift Well is a non-profit thrift store whose proceeds support The Well at Eagles Nest Regeneration, an in-residence substance abuse treatment facility for women in the New River Valley.

They accept furniture from smoke and pet-free homes. They do not accept used mattresses or box springs. Donations can be dropped off at the store, or you can call to schedule a pickup.

The Agape Center NRV is a non-profit, multi-church, mentorship-based outreach center focused on serving people in the New River Valley when they need a hand-up.

They accept lightly used furniture from smoke-free homes. Due to storage constraints, they accept furniture on a case-by-case basis. Contact them for more information.

The Y is a non-profit dedicated to enriching the community and the lives of its residents by providing comprehensive programs and services. Proceeds from the thrift shop go towards funding programs such as feeding at-risk youth in our community five days a week.

They accept gently used furniture. All upholstered (has fabric) furniture and mattresses must be free of stains, rips, tears, or holes. Donations can be dropped off at the back of the store at the donation area. They offer furniture pickup on a first come first serve basis, call to schedule.
